TUA Learning Cloud (TLC)

When you are already enrolled, you can access your classes via TUA Learning Cloud.

Go to https://tualearning.com/ to enter TLC and access your subjects.

3. Data Retention

Retention depends on purpose—applicant data for up to 1 year, student records are permanent, employee records per statutory requirements, and visitor logs for security.

• TUA offices and authorized personnel
• Partner institutions (internships, programs)
• Government agencies when required by law
• Accredited service providers under data-sharing agreements

5. Data Protection Measures

• Access controls, secure systems, encrypted transmission
